What is the Alexander Technique Congress Association (ATCA)?

The Alexander Technique Congress Association is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered in England and Wales in 2020 (charity number 1192471).

Our Congresses honor the diversity of Alexander Technique practices, bridging the many approaches and traditions that have emerged since F. M. Alexander’s pioneering work.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide dynamic platforms for the enrichment, advancement, and deeper understanding of the F.M. Alexander Technique.

We accomplish this through the Congresses. The Congress Papers support our mission, and we’d love for you to read one of the Congress Papers.
